Anchovy and Sardine Paste
Tip
There will be a little batch variation with different versions of tinned sardines. I like John West Sardines in Olive Oil. I've found all work well with a little variation in saltiness. Less tomato paste may be used. Using some does give a slightly pink rather than a gray colour. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice works well instead of vinegar.
Speed 4 seems to be the perfect speed to grandually process the mixture without flicking up onto the sides too much.
This paste is your quick snack friend in the fridge!
Spread thinly on cracker biscuits, fresh bread and butter or buttered toast. Spread crackers with cream cheese, then a little of this paste and a fresh herb garnish for hors d'oeuvres. Spread very thinly, or in little dobs on pizzas - super delicious!

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Had 2 cans of sardines, one in oil, one in spring water.
My tomato paste was a pizza blend so I went with that.
The result..? YUMMY.
