Recipe's preparation

  1. As much chili as you have on hand, cut ends off leave seeds in if you like.

    3 capsicums

    2 onions

    2 garlic cloves

    1/2 cup brown sugar

    1/4 cup olive oil

    Sprinkle of salt

    Blend all together and cook for 15mins 110c speed 1.5.

    After 15mins check for consistency and taste. I added a bit more brown sugar and oil and cooked for a further 10mins
