- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 160 grams light cream

Place garlic in bowl "Closed lid" and chop 5 seconds/speed 7
Add butter and saute 3 mins/varoma/speed 2
Add brandy, saute 1 minute/varoma/speed 2
Add tomato ketchup, worcestershire sauce and cream. Cook 10 mins/varoma/speed 2
Tip
Once the sauce has finished cooking, if it is too thick add a dash of skim milk and stir. You can also add some chopped parsley if you wish.

Fantastic Diane sauce. This recipe is a 10/10. I did not use brandy and I left the MC off for the last ten minutes. It was the perfect consistency and tasted sensational. This will be used for our steak nights from now on.

This recipe is just beautiful. I've only made it once, but next time when it is finished in the thermie, I would pop into a frypan to reduce.
This is my go to Diane Sauce, it's easy and quick to make. I use Bulla Cooking cream which I always keep in my refrigerator, will take the advice of others and try adding Mushrooms next time. A great recipe.
