Ingredients
Mexican salsa
- 300 g water
- 3-4 red tomatoes, cut into halves
- 3 Jalapeños (red chillies)
- 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 onion, preferably, Bombay Onion (purple in skin color)
- 0.5 lime or lemon
- 3 Chilli padi
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Place water into mixing bowl with tomatoes and jalapenos. Cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 2.
Allow mixing bowl to cool down.
Place cooked tomatoes and the rest of ingredients into mixing bowl and pulse Turbo/4-5 times.
Store in jar in refrigerator.

Tip
Mexican scrambled eggs: Cook scrambled eggs as usual, before eggs get firm, add salsa and let it cook with the eggs, add a little bit of hot water, salt and pepper
