Is the 650g mandarins before or after being peeled
Super easy! Fairly new to the thermomix world and have never attempted jam of any type before. Had a bag of mandarins to use up and this was perfect and super easy. 😊. Will definitely be adding to my list of favourites to make again.
Easy easy easy!!
All up, I've made about 30 jars of this and it's absolutely delicious!
This was lovely
i didnt know what jam sugar was but I did have Jamsetta in the cupboard. I only used 25grams of it other than that I followed the recipe exactly.
thank you definitely a keeper 😊
Is the weight of the mandarins before or after being peeled please?

great result...timing was perfect.
This was very easy and set beautifully, my first ever well set jam! I didn't know what it meant aboututting the basket on, so didn't bother with that. I'm guessing it would reduce the splatter! Great use for excess fruit, even those who don't like marmalade are enjoying it. Thank you!
