    Super delicious!

I use 1 green chilli and add a tablespoon of tamarind.

    Amazing. So amazing.

I've made this to serve with Skinnymixer's Satay sticks - my family didn't like her sauce but they love this one.  Bonus is that it is so much quicker and easier to make!

Renee - you are a genius!

I have tried several satay sauce recipes in an attempt to find one close to the one they serve at our local Thai restaurant. Her "mud prawns" are my husband's favourite dish. This recipe is as close as I've found so a big thank you from me and my husband, it's delicious!!

    Delicious

Though i made a few changes. I added 100g of cashews to the mix as i didnt have enough peanuts and blitzed the whole lot to make a smoother sauce. I served it with chicken, rice and veggies, It was very good. Ill definitely  make it again.  Cooking 7

Very nice and so simple. I used roasted peanuts with no skin as that is what I had and used rapadura sugar instead of palm sugar. This could become a family fave.
