- 1 heaped teaspoon rock salt
- 1 heaped tablespoon sugar

- 1.Add Garlic to Bowl. Chop 3-5 sec/ Sp 7. Scrape down side of bowl
2. Add oil to bowl Sauté 2 min/ 100deg/Sp 1
3.Add remaining ingredients to bowl Puree 1 min/ speed 10
4.Remove MC and place TM Basket on lid. Cook 40 min / Varoma/ Speed 1
5.Puree Gradually increase speed for 1 to 9 Puree 1 minute
6.Check consistency. For a thicker tomato Paste repeat step 4 (I repeat for 20 minutes and then check)
7.Pour into sterilised jars

"Dough mode" I love this tomato paste. It was so easy to make and it tastes so good.
Today was the 3rd time I've made it. The first time I thought it was a bit runny so the second time I cooked it for the extra 20 minutes as suggested. Burnt it so bad. This time I cooked it and when it cooled it thickened nicely. I think it really depends on the fruit you use. The red wine adds a very nice taste to it.

Just made this, added some fresh basil and cooked it for the extra 20min. Very yummy. Also I have attempted to freeze in ice cube trays rather than bottling. Can't wait to use it in a recipe!
