- 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chives,fresh, approx
- 250 grams cream cheese, soft
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- tin smoked oysters, (drained)
- 1 tablespoon baby capers, (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Chop dill, lemon zest & chives for and spring onions for 20 seconds on speed 10.
Add remaining ingredients & either use the turbo button a few times for a chunckier texture or for about 5 seconds on speed 5 for a smoother texture.
Garnish with extra fresh dil.
