Yum, yum, yum. I only had green capsicums in the garden so used them, still turned out great. Tastes amazing in a burger or sandwich too tmrc_emoticons.D

This is amazing! We used mix of almonds and sunflower kernels (needed to be used up) and parsley in place of coriander. Even the picky ASD kiddos loved it 😀

I found the dip very bland, dont get me wrong there was flavours but didn’t interconnect together well. Would not make this again...

I’ve made this a couple of times now. It’s a favourite amongst family and friends. We enjoy chilli with seeds and find good quality sun dried tomatoes are important in achieving great results. Thanks for a top recipe!
