- 1 cucumber, thickly sliced
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g Evoo
- 5 g white wine vinegar

Chop garlic 3-5 sec / sp 5.
Add cucmber, chop 3 sec sp 4.
Add rest of ingredients, stir "Counter-clockwise operation" 5 secs sp 2.
Tzatziki
Tip
Keep in fridge till ready to serve. The garlic will strengthen on standing.
Serve with homemade pita bread.
This recipe was made for a dinner party for 15 people, can be halved.

I love this recipe the only thing I would recommend is to drain the greek yogurt over night in the fridge by putting the yogurt in a clean cotton tea towl or muslim cloth then put it in a collender, rest it in a bowl and cover it. Leave it at least over night it will continue to drain the longer you leave it and will be a thicker consistancy which is good when your adding something juicy like cucumber.

Thanks for this recipe, i love Tzaziki, and the way to do it with TM is so easy, when making all steps by hand i do it not so often but so.... i smell often like a running cloves of garlic
