Soup ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken pieces (thighs or chops with bone)
- 1 Onion halved
- 2 Carrots chopped
- 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 2 --- Chicken Stock Cube
- 5 heaped tablespoons risoni or other short pasta
- 2 litres water, Or to fill to 2L mark

1. place carrot, celery and onion into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 4 ( you are wanting small pieces)
2. Put chicken stock cubes and 2 litres of water (or to fill to max line) into TM.
3. Place chicken pieces into TM basket and place into TM bowl.
4. Cook for 30 minutes "Gentle stir setting" temp 100. Once finished ensure chicken pieces are cooked through. If not cook for a further 10mins "Gentle stir setting" temp 100.
5. Once chicken is cooked, remove from basket and remove from bone and shred and place into the bottom of the Tm bowl with remaining soup.
6. Replace TM basket and put 5 heaped tablespoons of risoni into basket. Cook for required amount as per packet instructions at 100 temp/ speed 1.
7. Once pasta is cooked, remove TM basket and empty risoni into Thermoserver/bowl and pour soup over the top and mix together.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
