  • 1 Ripe Tomato, Cut in Chunks
  • 1 teaspoon red curry paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert Olive Oil, Water, Veggie Stock, Carrots, Tomato, and Red Curry Paste into Closed lid"Closed lid" for 30 minutes / 100C / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  2. Let soup cool for 5 minutes before mixing 1 minute / Speed 8.

  3. Serve with Garlic Croutons and a Drizzle of Spicy Olive Oil (Optional)
