Ingredients
Chicken and sweet corn soup
- 1/2 onion, Peeled
- 2-3 garlic clove, Peeled
- 20 g olive oil
- 500 g chicken breast, Cut into cubes/tenderloins
- 1 can creamed corn, canned
- 1 can corn kernels, Drained
- 1 tbsp chicken stock paste, I used the skinnymixers recipe
- 750 g boiling water > 54
- 2 egg, Lightly whisked
- 3 heaped teaspoons cornflour, Mixed with 3/4 MC of water
- 2 spring onion, To serve
- Salt and pepper, To taste

- Place onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop 5sec/speed 6. Scrape down bowl.
Weigh in oil and sauté 3 mins/100 degrees/speed 1.
Add chicken and cook for 6mins/100 degrees/Reverse/speed 1.
Shred chicken 4seconds/speed 4.
Add creamed corn, corn kernels (drained), chicken stock, and boiling water and cook for 10mins/100 degrees/speed 1.
Set 2 min/speed 1 and slowly add cornflour/starch and then egg through hole.
Serve with spring onion or continental parsley.
Enjoy.
