- 750 grams pumpkin
- 1 --- packet chicken noodle soup
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 onions
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 600 grams thickened cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon oil

1. Cut and peel all pumpkin, take off skin and de seen the middle. Cut up onions and garlic edges.
2. Place garlic, onion and oil in the bowl and mix speed 8 for 3 seconds, then let suate for 5mins 100 degrees.
3. Add pumpkin, ginger, cream, salt in and mix for 20mins speed 2 100 degrees. replace MC with basket on top for overflow
4. Add chicken noodle packet and mix again for 15mins speed 2 100 degrees.
5. Once its all blended i mix for 30 seconds speed 6-8 depending on how the pumpkin is or until the consistence you want it

This is a great recipe , but maybe the onions I used were too large because we found 4 onions tasted way too "oniony". Next time I will only use 2 onions.

I went for 2.5 onions and 3 cloves and also was lacking fresh ginger so used ground powder ginger and it was still great!

My Mum made this soup for us and it was delicious! Will definitely be making it again!!
Family loved this soup and very easy to make! I used butternut pumpkin and the soup was sweet, allowed everyone to add their own salt and pepper and the sweetness disappeared. Definitely will make it again, did remind me of sizzlers soup! thanks for posting
