Recipe's preparation

  1. Pour 500ml of water in the TM bowl, heat 7min, varoma, speed 2.

  2. Butter  four cups or ramequins, put some trout at the bottom of each of them, season with salt and pepper. Crack an egg in each cup on top of the trout. Pour a little bit of cream over. Cover with glad wrap or place the ramequins in the varoma tray and cover with a plate and close with the lid.

  3. Place varoma tray on the TM bowl, cook 8 min on varoma sp 2

  4. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

Tip

Instead of the trout I also like to use ham or bacon. You can add cheese( Parmesan, goat cheese, blue...). And don't hesitate to add in veges like spinach, mushroom or asparagus . Your imagination is the limit
