I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) Add chicken thighs to the TM bowl and mince 15sec/sp6. Set aside.
2) Add garlic cloves and onion to the TM bowl and chop 5 sec/sp5.
3) Add olive oil then saute for 5 min/120°/sp1.
4) Add roughly chopped carrot, zucchini and broccoli and chop 10 sec/sp5.
5) Return chicken to TM bowl, add egg and breadcrumbs mix 20 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp5.

7) Pan fry on a medium heat with a small amount of oil until cooked through.
Tip
These can be frozen after step 6 has been completed and then can be cooked from frozen. I just freeze in a container and have a sheet of baking paper between the layers so I can take out what I need without defrosting the whole lot. You can also use any nut meal instead of breadcrumbs to make gluten free.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This was awesome! A hit with adults & childerbeasts! Oven baked but come out so golden & crispy!
These are so easy. And super tasty. I used 2 spoon to scoop them onto trays with baking paper, which were sprinkled with fine polenta and and thrn sprinkled more on top and flattened a bit with the spoon then baked for 20-25mins in oven at 180 degrees C.
Yummy. Kids loved them. Thankyou.
Delicious! Fussy Mr 9 who doesn't like chicken gobbled them up! I made my own breadcrumbs and wizzed up some parmesan with them and added some chicken stock. I added veggie stock, powered onion and garlic to the chicken. I baked in the oven at 180C for 25 mins. Mixture makes so much I've also frozen lots before cooking them.
Awesome recipe and they taste great!
Love all the veggies in these. Fussy Hubby approves! Baked in the oven for about 25 mins on 180 degrees, turning over halfway through.
Kids love store bought nuggets, and i wasnt sure if they'd go a healthier preservative free option, but they loved em!I do in bulk and freeze for busy week days.
Loved these and putting veg in nuggets is great. Added a tablespoon of veg concentrate and used panko bread crumbs to crumb as per previous comments. Will definetly make again.
Very delicious and simple to make. We didn't have zuchinni so we added herbs (parsley, sage and dill) and it tasted so yummy!! We have also added one tsp vege stock paste and panko breadcrumb. My 9 months old can't stop eating them.
Really tasty.
Thumbs up from all 6 of us!
Great recipe, thanks! I didnt have zucchini, didnt matter. Used panko crumbs, deliciously crunchy! Just added a teaspoon of veg stock paste for flavour as well. And every one of us enjoyed them from 18mths to 5 yrs, plus mum and dad.
