
Ingredients
- 1 sprig Roesmary Leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp dried yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 210 grams Luke Warm Water
- 370 grams bakers flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 3/4 cups grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place rosemary leaves and garlic in TM bowl and chop 7 Seconds on Speed 8.
2. Scrape down bowl & repeat is required.
3. Scrape out 3/4 of the Rosemary & Garlic mix and set aside.
4. With leftover Rosemary & Garlic mix still in the bowl add the yeast & sugar then water.
5. Mix 10 Seconds on Speed 2.5, then let rest for 2 mins to activate the yeast.
6. Add Flour, Salt & Pepper.
7. Knead on dough function
"Dough mode" for 3 Minutes.
8. Rest dough in TM Bowl covered for 10 minutes.
9. Remove dough from bowl knock down, then for into a ball and set aside in a covered lightly oiled bowl in a warm place for 1 hour.
10. Preheat oven to 210 degrees.
11. Dived dough into 2 portions, then roll each out on a floured surface then place on 2 large oven trays lined with baking paper.
12. Top pizza bases with remaining Rosemary, Garlic mix and drizzle with oil if desired. Then top with grated cheese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
13. Cook in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until cheese starts to brown.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
