I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180-Celsius and lightly coat a 12 piece muffin tin with a cooking spray
1. Place walnuts into TM and mill into a rough meal for 5-10 sec / speed 7
2. Add oats, linseed, raisins, and Vanilla flavoured whey protein powder into TM and mix for 20 sec / speed 2 "Counter-clockwise operation"
1. Place even amounts of the mixture in each of the 12 lightly greased muffin tray places, then lightly press into all areas of the mould (if necessary, slightly wet fingers before this step).
2. Place tray into the oven for 10min. Ensure it is no longer than 10min as it is very easy to overcook and dry out the mixture here.

Post-Workout Snack - this is designed as a healthy and filling alternative to a protein shake or sugary sports drink after exercise. It has the right blend of carbs and protein to assist in muscle recovery and they taste amazing!
Replacing some of the raisins with goji berries or other mixed dried fruit is a great way to vary the texture and flavour also.

Have just made me these with a couple of changes. Used sultanas instead of raisins, and a combination power & go mix from Coles which included linseed instead of plain linseeds. They are delicious and were super easy to make. Loved how they were baked in a muffin tin so no messy cutting once baked.
Would like to know if they could be frozen and how long they keep for in an air tight container.
How long will these keep?
