Ingredients
Banana Bread
- 300 g Ripe banana
- 3 eggs
- 60 g honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 60 g macadamia oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 g almond meal, (made in TM)
- 25 g chia seeds

1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees
2. Add all ingredients except the almond meal and chia seeds to the bowl and mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds
3. Scrape down sides and then add the remaining ingredients and re mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds
4. Pour into a well greased tin and cook for 1 hour or until a skewer comes out clean

Tip
You can make your own almond meal by using blanched almonds and mixing them on speed 7 for 10 seconds at the beginging of the recipe
