I didnt have any of the Rice Malt Syrup so used pure maple syrup. Also didnt have alot od the seeds but used chia and sunflower seeds. Also added a few chops dried apricots too. Good for healthy lunch box snacks for my husband and our workers doing long hours on the tractor at the moment.
Thanks
Made this for breakfast with a few changes, left out the syrup and added 3 dates, left out the chocolate and added fresh blueberries just before placing in oven. Used sultanas and dried cranberries as I didn't have craisens. Turned out moist and very yummy was not impacted by not adding any additional sugars
Yum... Even the fussy 12yr old boy asked for more!
