batter

  • 125 grams soft butter
  • half tablespoon Vanilla ess
  • 160 grams caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 100 grams Gluten free plain four
  • 100 grams Gluten Free SR Flour
  • half tablespoon bicarb soda
  • half tablespoon Nutmeg
  • 100 grams walnuts

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter and sugar, mix speed 4 for 2 minutes. Scrape down sides and mix for another 2 minutes.

  2. Add 2 egss and mix speed 4 for 30secs, scrape down sides.

  3. Add bananas and mix speed 4 for 5 secs

  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix speed 4 10 secs.

  5. Mixture should be well combined.If not scrape down side and mix speed 4 for a further few seconds.

     

     

  6. Pour into two bar or loaf tins.

  7. Bake in a moderate overn for 40mins or until cooked.

Tip

Great to use up over ripe babanas.

Gluten free flour can be substituted for normal flour.

Make sure the butter and bananas are soft or they won't mix in the allocated time.
