    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Made these yesterday with fresh raspberries (as I already had them) and followed as per recipe all except lowering the sugar to 100g (down from 120g). Recipe made a dozen as stated and they were super excellent. I will certainly be making these again!

so quick and easy! I halved the recipe as I only had a small amount of milk but it still made roughly 12 medium sized muffins. I didn't put the butter aside and added some shredded coconut, they turned out perfect tmrc_emoticons.)

I added white chocolate chip as well and used raspberries .  Reduced the sugar to 100 g.

The first time I made these I didn't use self raising flower ( silly mistake)..

    second batch was perfect.

    Thanks for the recipe.

Made a few alterations, but other wise a perfect recipe..

Only added 100gm of sugar (my choice)

Had to cook for 2 mins on 50 deg to melt the butter, did not put aside the butter just added the milk in for the last minute..

Only needed 5 secs on spd 4 to mix all the ingredients together.

Had to cook for 25 mins.

    Otherwise YUMM..
