Absolutely delicious. I topped mine with 100's and 1000's on top.
This is so delicious and has an old school quality that I love. So easy to make to any afternoon tea event etc!
Our family LOVES this recipie. It has become a regular in our house and especially school lunchboxes. I skip the icing and lighly sprinkle icing sugar over the top instead. A real winner!
So easy and super yummy. Going to be a staple in this house.
A great slice. Wouldn't change a thing.
Delicious and easy to make. Loved by the whole family. I bake for the allotted time and the centre is gooey in the centre!Yum!
Nice slice. I made it GF and cut down the sugar. I did a double batch and only put one lot of sugar in. Still plenty sweet enough. cut down the sugar in icing too.
Very tasty, great texture. Used GF flours and 140g of sugar, was perfectly sweet. 160deg for 20 mins fan forced.
Easy and delicious

This is a great recipe! Is a basic for our lunchboxes. I don't add the coconut to the icing, but except for that i follow it to the T and it's always a success. Thanks!
