Ingredients

cookies

  • 150 g Whole almonds with skin
  • 40 g macadamia oil
  • 40 g honey
  • .5 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 50 g dark chocolate, Good Quality, broken into cubes
  • 10 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Cookies - Gluten Free
  1. Place almonds in TMX bowl


    Mill 7 sec spd 9.  Set aside


    Add chocolate pieces mill 3 sec spd 7


    Add remaining ingredients, mix 20 sec spd 3


    Place spoonful of mixture onto baking tray lined with baking paper


    Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 20 - 30 minutes, until golden


    Cool completely before lifting from the tray.
