- 150 g Whole almonds with skin
- 40 g macadamia oil
- 40 g honey
- .5 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 50 g dark chocolate, Good Quality, broken into cubes
- 10 g water

Place almonds in TMX bowl
Mill 7 sec spd 9. Set aside
Add chocolate pieces mill 3 sec spd 7
Add remaining ingredients, mix 20 sec spd 3
Place spoonful of mixture onto baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 20 - 30 minutes, until golden
Cool completely before lifting from the tray.

Made this exactly to recipe and it was great. Next time I might try deleting dark chocolate and use dates and ginger as an alternative.

These are so yummy! I didn't have any macadamia oil so I used butter and it worked great. Next time might do smaller spoonfuls so it makes more.
