Recipe's preparation

    Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 170 deg C. Grease and line cake tin or choice. I used a triangle tin.

Cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one a time. Add sifted flours, milk & vanilla.

Place 1/3 mixture in tin, smooth out and place sliced peaches on top. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar. Fill with remaining mixture and top with remaining peaches. Sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar.

    Bake approx 30 minutes.

    Serve with cream or custard.

Tip

If using firm fresh peaches, slice and pre-cook 10 minutes in a little water.

I was really keen to try this cake, have lots of peaches to get rid of. BUT, to be honest, i am not prepared to try to make without all the instructions. Such a shame.

Any chance you could include more details to allow us to make your delicious looking cake??
