Ingredients
Dough
- 200 g Milk
- 125 g Butter
- 100 g orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 670 g bread flour
- 3 tsp Yeast
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tsp bread improver
- 1 tsp salt
Filling
- 125 g Butter
- 130 g castor sugar
- 2 heaped tsp orange rind
- 300 g Frozen Blueberries

Place milk & butter in thermomix warm to 60deg for 2 minutes. slightly. Add orange juice & eggs. Stir on 1 for 20 seconds to mix ingredients.
Add flour and remaining dry ingredients. Mix on 8 for 30 seconds. Turn to "Closed lid" and mix on "Dough mode" for 4.5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise 50 minutes.
Cream butter, sugar & orange rind until pale and fluffy.
Turn dough out onto bench top. Knead down, and roll out to a large rectangle. Spread over the creamed filling and sprinkle with the blueberries. Roll up along the long side of the rectangle, cut into rounds and place in a greased rectangle slice/cake tin, approx 35 x25cm.
Place in a warm spot and let rise 50 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius. Bake scrolls for 25-30 minutes.

Flour hands and benchtop well when rolling dough out.

These are very tasty, turn oven down to 180 if fan forced and only need 20 minutes I found drizzle with an orange icing or similar
