- 120 grams Milk
- 5 grams baking powder
- 150 grams plain flour

- 1 heaped tablespoon sugar
- 3 heaped teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Pre heat oven 190 degrees
spray mini muffin pan with soy spray so the muffins don't stick
Add butter melt 2 minutes 60 degrees speed 2
add sugar and nutmeg to butter mix 10 seconds speed 5
add milk mix 10 seconds speed 2 scrape down bowl
add flour and baking powder mix 20 seconds speed 5
spoon into mini muffin pan
cook 15 - 20 minutes
allow to cool for 5 minutes
while waiting melt butter 2 minutes 60 degrees speed 2 pour into a small bowl
in a separate bowl add sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg mix with a spoon
dip warm muffin into butter and coat with sugar topping

Tip
Double the quantity to make 2 dozen as the muffins are mini. Can freeze.

I made these into normal sized muffins, it made about 7..i wouldnt do that again. I think its way too much "dough" that way. Mini muffins would probably be alot better as per recipe. I found the dough to be very bland and i would probably leave the nutmeg out for the topping if i ever attempted them again, its very overpowering i think.
Easy and devoured by guests.
Kids devoured these. I enjoyed them also. Next time I will definitely do a double batch. I followed the directions to the letter.

Made these to take to the movies today and they were a hit! I made a single batch and it produced 24 in my mini muffin tray.
They taste good but they fell apart for me for some reason. Will definitely make again though.
