Tasted great!
But I wish my 7 and 11 year old thought so too. I'm failing drastically with any ' healthy sugar free' muffin option in kids opinion.
Thanks for sharing
would it be possible to cook these as cake pops?
Nice healthy recipe. Great option to have
Lovely and moist. Wanted a bit more flavour so will add some vanilla next time.
My 2 yr old loved these (and so did I). I'm always looking for sugar-free snacks for him.
Hi LittleLadyFingers, I actually made these again this arvo and they took just over 15 min. But I had filled the patty cases quite full. Perhaps cook on a slower heat for longer if you're finding they're not cooking right through
LOVE these Muffins. Quick-Easy-Cheap-And great way to use up matured bananas that no one wants to eat! (just wondering whether they need more time cooking?)

My little kids (2, 4) loved them, but my older kids (8, 10) & I found them a little bland.
These were great!! my kids and hubby gobbled them down
