Ingredients

Muffins

  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas, weighing approx. 200g total
  • 70 grams Raw Honey
  • 10 grams pure cocoa, or cacao powder
  • 20 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 150 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 100 grams natural yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 deg

    2. Place all ingredients into TMClosed lid"Closed lid" and mix - 5 seconds/speed 5

    3. Scrape sides down and repeat if necessary

    4. Fill cupcake cases and bake for 15 mins or until cooked through 

     

    That's it!!

Tip

* Bake as a cake if you prefer

* Fold through some choc chips as a naughty addition!

* Tastes best once cooled. Great healthy lunchbox treat.

    Tasted great! 

    But I wish my 7 and 11 year old thought so too. I'm failing drastically with any ' healthy sugar free' muffin option in  kids opinion.

    Hi LittleLadyFingers, I actually made these again this arvo and they took just over 15 min. But I had filled the patty cases quite full. Perhaps cook on a slower heat for longer if you're finding they're not cooking right through tmrc_emoticons.)
