Tip
Any combination of nuts, seeds, dry fruits etc can be substituted to equal a total of 150g. Ideas would include sunflower seeds, pepita's, coconut, pinenuts, chopped almonds, walnuts, currants, cranberries, sultana's etc. Freezes really well & can be warmed in varoma or microwave from frozen & served with cream as a dessert pudding.
Perfectly sweet & healthy superfood snack to pep you up for breakfast, snack or supper. Also great for school lunches (if you swap nuts for seeds).
If you don't usually have mesquite or protein powder they'll be a little heavier but still delicious & kind of healthy.
