- 50 g brown sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 40 g golden syrup, (heaped tablespoon)
- 30 g cornflour
- 500ml Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana

Melt butter, sugar & golden syrup for 5mins/100deg/speed 1.
Add cornflour, milk, eggs & broken up banana.
Cook for 7mins/90deg/speed 2.
blend for 10sec/speed 4 & serve hot.
Tip
Great on its own or poured over banana cake splashed with baileys & served warm with whipped cream.

Really lovely thanks for sharing. Mine ended up a bit sweet so I would decrease the amount of sugar next time.
This is soooo good! I only used 80g of sugar because my bananas were very ripe. I used 2 bananas and blended them in. Very yummy!!!!
i just made this last night and i used two bananas and cream instead of milk, but it tirned out very runny so i ended up simmering it till it tjickened but it was absolutely delicious
