  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 190 g cream
  • 140 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c

    Place Self Raising Flour, Baking Powder & Salt in TM Bowl..

    Combine on Speed 4 for 5 seconds

    Add Cream & Milk...

    Combine on Speed 4 for 5 seconds

    Knead dough for 20 sec...

    Place dough on a floured surface & shape into a ball..

    Roll dough out and then cut into 8-10 sections.

    Place on baking tray & bake for 13-15min until golden brown.

Tip

Depending on texture of dough you can add more or less milk

    Smile Nice recipe Huge recipe makes a lot. I put cheese in one half.
    lovely and brown. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle yeah !
