- 50 g golden syrup
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 340 g SR flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground ginger

Pre Heat oven to 180 0C.
Place Butter and Golden Syrup in TM bowl. Heat on 60 0C for 2 minutes on speed 2.
Add remaining ingredients and set dial to closed lid position "Closed lid" and mix for 30 second on Interval speed. "Dough mode"
Drop a teaspoon full of mixture onto prepared tray and bake for around 10-12 minutes.

These taste just like the ones I used to make with my mum! Love them, just making my 2nd batch
So easy, light and yummy. I would add another tspn more ginger next time, maybe some chopped ginger pieces as well.
