Hi does anyone know if a double batch can be made at once?
i have a tm5 and making this cake for an engagement cake 😊
Lovely, moist, easy cake. I used 100g sugar, unsalted butter and didn't do the syrup.
I used lime zest - delicious cake !
Loved it!!! I didn't add the lime syrup as I didn't have any limes but it doesn't really need it - it was delicious on its own! Will definitely make it again!!! Thanks for sharing!
Any chance you could add something to the instructions? Where it says, "Add all remaining cake ingredients" could you please add the words, "...including the lemon sugar mixture"? I totally forgot, until pouring a very small amount of cake mixture into the tin! Thanks
This cake is delicious, thanks
Gorgeous! I didn't have the coconut milk or lime, so I substituted with normal "light and creamy" evap. milk, and lemon juice for the syrup. Was absolutely delicious!
