Ingredients

  • 220 gram raw sugar
  • small pieces Lemon peel, mill 1 minute
  • 250 gram Butter softened
  • 2 eggs, mix 1 minute speed 4
  • 270 grams plain flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 110 gram Milk, knead 1 minute, put in tin to bake
  • 3/4 --- Cup of Sugar
  • 3/4 cup of lemon juice, mix and pour over cooked cake
