- 220 gram raw sugar
- small pieces Lemon peel, mill 1 minute
- 250 gram Butter softened
- 2 eggs, mix 1 minute speed 4
- 270 grams plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 110 gram Milk, knead 1 minute, put in tin to bake
- 3/4 --- Cup of Sugar
- 3/4 cup of lemon juice, mix and pour over cooked cake
