- 250 gram Milk Arrowroot Biscuit
- 195 gram Maltesers
- 55 gram rice bubbles
- 120 gram Butter
- 20 gram cocoa
- 395 gram condensed milk
- 250 gram white chocolate
- 15 gram Copha

Prepare a slice tray 30 x 20 with grease proof paper.
Place milk arrowroot biscuits into bowl. Pulse 4 x turbo. Add 95 grams of Maltesers into bowl. Pulse 2 x turbo. Weigh in rice bubbles. Set dry mixture aside.
Add butter, cocoa and condensed milk into bowl. Heat 2 ½ mins 70 degrees speed 2. Add dry ingredients. Mix 45 seconds, speed 3, reverse. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix 15 seconds, speed 3 reverse. Turn out onto prepared slice tray. Push down mixture with Measuring Cup.
Add white chocolate and copha into mixing bowl. Chop 5 seconds, speed 8. Melt 3 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 3.
Place melted chocolate onto the mixture in the slice tray. Add maltesers cut in half onto the white chocolate. Refrigerate until set.

Great recipe, have made these a few times now for parties and always a hit Thankyou
I was really disappointed with this slice. The rice bubbles seemed to appear stale and I honestly didn't think there was a whole lot of flavour to this. Such a shame as it looks awesome.
I've made this up whilst on vacation, without the thermomix and once at home with the thermomix - so much easier with the thermomix!! Very tasty, very moorish... We couldn't just stop at once piece (I did cut it rather small, i knew we'd kept going back for more!). Great 'treat food'.
great recipe I havent used this one but was going to add the one I used but its almost the same yum yum
