Hope the kids love these just as much as me!
I added an extra 50g of quick oats and baked in muffin tins, much quicker and oats give it a nice chewy texture.Dont forget baking paper, and fill almost to the top of muffin tin as they don't puff up much.Enjoy
My kids loved it. I used a little less sugar and sunflower seeds on the top.
A lovely cake although mine was a little crumbly, yummy!!!
how many eggs?
