Ingredients

Brownie

  • 125 g Butter, Cubed
  • 125 g dark chocolate, Pieces
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g Plain Flour.
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g Cream Cheese., Cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 55 g Caster Sugar (or milled from raw)

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Place butter, chocolate and brown sugar in TM bowl 5 min 50c speed 1-2.

    2. Add eggs, flour, cocoa and baking powder to TM bowl 10sec speed 5, scrape down 10sec speed 5.

    3. Pour into lined slice tin

    4. Clean TM bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and egg 1min 30sec speed 5, until smooth and creamy.

    5. Spoon over top of brownie and swirl through with the tip of a knife, marbling the mix.

     

  2. Bake in oven 180c for 30-40 mins or until cooked through.

This is recipe from the women's weekly and also back of the Cadbury cocoa box which I converted for thermomix use.
