  • 160 g bakers' flour
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the butter and both sugars in the Thermomix bowl and cream on speed 4 for 15 seconds. Scrape down bowl.

    2. Add the vanilla and egg and mix on speed 4 for 15 seonds.

    3. Add the flour, oats and baking powder and mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds. Scrape down the bowl.

    4. Add the chocolate chips then stir on soft speed on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" for one minute.

    5. Pour mixture on a piece of cling film and roll into a sausage about 3cm diameter. Put in fridge.

  2. After half an hour, remove the wrapped mixture and cut into discs of 1-2cm.

    2. Bake at 150 celcius for 12 minutes. Give them plenty of space because they spread.

    Love, love, love these biscuits! They are absolutely delicious, thanks for posting such an easy & divine recipe. I am going to try freezing the log and see how that goes.
