    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Spectacular! So quick and easy. I was worried this wasn't going to be birthday cake worthy. It absolutley was! So moist. I didn't make the icing, would prefer a differen't icing for a special occasion. This is a cake for every occcasion. I subbed honey instead of maple syrup and arrowroot flour for tapioca flour because that's what I had on hand. Turned out fabulous. This will become my go-to paleo cake except that it's so good, it's a bit dangerous I'll be eating way too much of it if I'm not careful. Next time I'm going to try to sub the maple syrup for Stevia to make it sugar-free and up the liquid content somehow so it's still so moist. I put in a small loaf tin as I like that shape for dense, moist cakes like this. Thanks for posting! Great job

Paleo cake recipes can often be quite tricky with fancy ingredience and tones of eggs but this is a fantastic and realistic recipe and is one of the most convincing Paleo chocolate cakes I've tried yet although I didnt try the icing, it's sooo tasty it's been out of the oven not even 2 hours and I've eatten half the cake.
