Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This is a great recipe perfect for Sunday mornings. Nice and easy and makes a big batch plenty for growing kids
Very yummy, thank you.
A big hit in our house!
These light and fluffy pancakes went down a treat with my family. I have even halved the recipe for two of us and we both had two perfectly fluffy pancakes each.
I also love that there’s no sugar in them.
I sprinkle blueberries on the batter after I have poured the mixture in the pan. When you flip the pancake, the blueberries have already set in the pancake batter so the pancake flips easily.
We love this maple butter on our pancakes:

Thanks for a great recipe.
Fantastic Recipe. Will be on the main menu for weekend breaky!
Absolutely delicious and I love that there is no sugar in them and they still taste amazing. As suggested maybe you could edit the recipe and add the flour in grams!
These are very light and fluffy! I blitz up 100g of raw sugar at the start to add to mine.
love the recipe always make it! But just noting here so it will be easier for me next time, 2 cups self raising flour in my measuring jug weighed 320grams.
So light and fluffy
Super delicious
