Recipe's preparation

    Pudding
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease 20x20 baking dish or tin

  2. Add all ingredients, except pears and raspberries. 20 seconds/speed 6 or until well combined

  3. Add pears or peaches. 3 seconds/speed 4

  4. Pour into greased tin

  5. Scatter raspberries on top

  6. Sauce
  7. Add all ingredients. 10 seconds/speed 4

  8. Pour over top of pudding

  9. Cook for 45-60 minutes depending on efficiency of oven. Check with skewer. The skewer will still be slightly wet and it will feel soft to touch, it needs to be moist to retain sauce at the bottom.

  10. Serve with ice-cream!*(Self saucing means the sauce will slide to the bottom of the dish and will retain a level of moistness so careful not to overcook).

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I found this really nice. I didn't have canned pears so i used real ones and it stil turned out nice, i did find though that it wasn't as saucy with the liquid from the canned fruit.

Kids adored this. I'm a sweet tooth but it was a little sweet for me! Unfortunately, I did exactly as the recipe asked and put all the pudding ingredients in then read below after mixing that the pears and berries go in after tmrc_emoticons.( Still tasty though!
