- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 3 cups Baker's Flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup water

- Lightly grease a baking dish
- Place water into mixing bowl with active dry yeast. Heat for 2 minutes at temperature 37 on speed 1
- Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, egg and 2 and 1/2 cups of flour. Knead for 10 minutes
- Add remaining flour. Knead for another 5 minutes
- Lightly flour a flat surface and roll dough out into a rectangle. Slice into 12 even strips then roll into a scroll shape. Place into baking dish until doubled in size (approx 40-60mins)
- While dough is rising, make the coconut sauce found on recipe community by @cookingwithkermie and Preheat oven to 200degrees
- Once dough has risen, pour over 1/3 of coconut sauce and place into oven for 15 minutes
- Pour remaining sauce over buns and cook a further 15 minutes or until tops are medium brown
