Recipe's preparation

  1. Place flour, sugar, oil, eggs, milk in Thermo mix - mix on speed 9 for 10 seconds. Place remaining ingredients on speed 1 for 10 seconds & use spatula to wipe down sides. Place in 12 muffin pan & sprinkle with extra coconut. Bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees.

    Quite nice. After adding second lot of ingredients it didnt mix in properly. Also annoying that the measurements are in cups rather than using the scales. Probably wont make them again but they are ok.

    Love this recipe.  I used frozen mango from last Christmas (mostly defrosted) and left out the passion fruit...  Beautiful!
