  • 150 grams rolled oats, (I used quick oats)
  • 100 grams dessicated coconut
  • 250 grams Peanut Butter
  • 160 grams Maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add peanut butter and maple syrup to bowl. Melt 3mins, 80 deg, Speed 1

    Add oats and coconut. Mix 30 sec Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Sp 3.


    Scrape down sides and repeat.

    Roll mixture into teaspoon sized balls (or larger depending on preference)

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    When firm, store in airtight container, in the fridge for up to a week.

    These are really nice. I made a half batch and used natural peanut butter which I had in the cupboard. Next time I would use my normal peanut butter. Thanks for sharing!
