Ingredients

  • 30 grams parmesan cubed
  • 100 grams cheese, cubed
  • 1 small onion, Halved
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 small leaves parsley
  • 50 grams diced ham or bacon
  • 100 grams Leftover chicken
  • 45 grams Butter
  • 430 grams Milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 grams plain four
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, Halved

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

     

    Spray a glass pie dish with oil spray.

     

    Grate Parmesan on speed 10 for 10 seconds.  set aside. 

     

    Grate cheese on speed 8 for 6-8 seconds. set aside.

     

    Start tmx on speed 7 and add parsley and onion and garlicwhile the blades are spinning. Scrape down sides and blitz again if necessary.  Scrape down bowl.

     

    Add ham/bacon, chicken and butter and sauté for 2 and half mins, 100c Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  speed1 (MC off).

     

    Add milk and eggs first then flour, cheese salt and pepper. Stir to combine on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 10 seconds or so.

     

    Sprinkle baby spinach leaves over the bottom of pie dish and pour mixture on top. Scatter over the tomato.

     

    Bake till golden brown and set. This should take 30 to 40 mins depending on your oven.

    Really good and tasty, I didn't have any fresh spinach so used 4 cubes of frozen which I thawed out in the microwave for 2 minutes.
