Peanut butter and jam drops
- 250 gram Butter
- 210 gram Condesed Milk
- 255 gram Self Raising Flour
- 110 gram Natural crunchy peanut butter
- St dalflour strawberry jam, Or any jam of your choice

Preheat oven 180
add butter sp 5 10secs
add condensed milk sp5 8secs
add flour sp5 8secs
add peanut butter sp5 10secs
roll into balls and place on lined tray
push finger into middle of ball and place 1/2 tsp of jam into middle
place in oven
cook for 15-18mins until golden
allow to cool
Tip
Try using wet hands to roll mixture and to place holes in balls.
for jam not to spread try cooking balls for half the time then adding the jam to the holes

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
