Ingredients
Crust
- 230 g Butter, softened
- 160 g brown sugar
- 420 g plain four
- 2 pinches salt
Topping
- 170 g Butter
- 270 g brown sugar
- 180 g honey
- 60 g double thick, heavy cream, (dollop cream)
- 200-300 g pecan nuts, chopped or halves

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Line a pie dish & 1 small slice tray or 2 slice trays (depending how thick you like the crust)
Place butter & sugar in "Closed lid" 6 secs speed 6 scrape down the sides & repeat this step.
Add flour & salt mix for 5 secs speed 5
Knead for 30 secs on "Dough mode"
Press the crust mixture into your pepared trays & bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Wash & dry "Closed lid"
While the crust is cooking make the topping.
Place butter, brown sugar, honey & cream into "Closed lid"
4 minutes 90 degrees speed 1
Put pecan nuts into "Closed lid" 30 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Spread topping over crust & bake for an additional 20 minutes
Let cool completely
