Dough should not be soft, not too sticky & not stiff.
Lightly spray a large bowl with oil, place dough into bowl, give dough a light spray with oil & cover with glad wrap.
Place bowl in a warm place, until dough doubles in size (30 - 45 minutes)
Place dough on a flat floured surface & divide in half, roll into a circle. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 16 even slices.
Roll each slice, starting at wide end & tuck the small point underneath. (or shape into long or round rolls...good for hotdog rolls)
Place rolls on tray, lined with baking paper. Repeat with other half.
Let the rolls rise for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours until doubled in size.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 C

I had very high hopes but unfortunately our family found this one very doughy.
I don't know what's wrong with my technique but I've always made dense flavourless bread from recipe community but finally, a light and fluffy recipe! Unflrtunately im currently 'dairy free' so I omitted the milk border and replaced it with 2 teaspoons of sugar and substituted the butter with oil. Given there is so much dough, I heated the oven for about 3 minutes then turned it off and put a tray of boiling water in along with the 18 hotdog rolls to do their second rise. Delicious!
Great. Turned out perfect!
Not a fan sadly. Taste wise, they were fine but i found these alot more dense than other rolls ive made in the thermy.
Great
Fantastic recipe! Excatly what i was looking for
Wonderful recipe. Made 16 small hotdog rolls. Used for homemade meatball subs for dinner, then used the leftovers for finger buns for afternoon tea the next day. Delicious!

The best bread rolls ever!! So soft and makes heaps!!
I havent tried the recipe without the milk powder but if I was going to I would subsitute it for milk & omit the same amount of water.
