I doubled mixture and used total 220g sugar. Was still sweet enough. Made 1 low cake and 15 mini cupcakes. I've frozen cupcakes- hoping they'll thaw ok for lunchbox treats. Quick, simple, yum.
Thank you for this recipe. I made 22 cupcakes and they are light and fluffy.
Very quick and easy to make. Will make cupcakes next time too. Thanks for posting.
The best chocolate cake ever - this is my new go to cake when you want a quick and easy cake.
I have made this a whole cake and also as cupcakes and cannot fault it.
A delicious light but still fudgy style cake.
Beautiful cake have just made for a birthday cake
Delicious recipe! i made cupcakes and hubby declared them the best he's ever tasted! A regular for sure
Lovely flavour. I have to make this again because I found the tin was too small and it rose high in the middle and then split and yes I did use a 20cm tin. I didnt use the full amount off butter or cocoa I think my thermo was a bit out., but lovely texture I think it's a tad sweet but once again that could be the thermomix measurements. Will make again, quick and easy.
Nice! Quick and easy recipe that tastes great. Great for kids lunch boxes.
Fantastic quick go to recipe for a lovely fluffy chocolate cake. Ingredients are ones always on hand so is fab. Will be making regularly. Thank you!
Delicious end product.
May have been my oven, but mine took 55mins to cook ... my oven does have a mind of its own and "it" decides when food is ready, not a recipe!!!
