Truffles
- 500 grams Chocolate Cake pieces
- 150 grams dark chocolate chips or pieces
- 120 grams cream
- some Cocoa, milled nuts or similar, for coating truffles

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Mill cake pieces for 3-5 seconds on speed 5 until bread crumb size.
Set aside.
Mill Chocolate for 5 seconds on speed 8
Add cream. Set temperature at 50 degrees for 2 minutes speed 3
Add cake crumbs and mix for 10 seconds on reverse speed 2. Mixture will become sticky
Roll mixture, a heaped teaspoon at a time, into balls and coat in cocoa or milled nuts. If mixture is too soft refridgerate for 10 minutes then roll
Refrigerate before serving

Tip
For a kids variation use milk chocolate and roll in nesquik or drinking choc.
You could also insert lollipop stick, dip in chocolate and cover with sprinkles for a Cake pop Party treat!

Definitely 5 stars for this recipe.
These are so delicious and simple to make. I used up left over gluten free chocolate cake, and they turned out perfect. Will be adding these to my favourites!
